Meet Play it Cool, featuring original artwork by Anna Sokol and created as part of the Anna Sokol x Mahjong by SI™ artist collaboration.

Confident navy, slate blue, blush, and cream brushstrokes fill an abstract center, while a bold spotted border and layered neutral frames add an unexpected twist. The contrast of contemporary abstract art and chic animal print makes this design cool, collected, and full of character.

Whether you are styling your own game table or searching for a standout gift, Play it Cool combines Anna's expressive artistic point of view with comfortable everyday mahjong play.

Anna's Process

I work intuitively. Through paint, collage, words, scribbles, whatever feels good. I follow what pulls me, change my mind a lot, and try really hard not to overthink it. And when I do? I usually have to paint my way out of that, too.
